Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items marked as final sale, custom-made, or perishable are not eligible for return unless faulty.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at Orrilosupp@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days from the day we receive the return.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or variant, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Orrilosupp@hotmail.com. We’ll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund.
